Peter O’Toole
Approach and background
As an integrative, existential-analytic psychotherapist, my therapeutic approach is based around the ideas of self-exploration and the deepening of our understanding, not just of the issues we are experiencing but also of ourselves as a whole.
I believe therapy is not about ‘fixing’ but instead about developing our perceptions and awareness in order to move towards a more fulfilling, self-aware and authentic life.
With a multi-disciplinary background in philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, psychotherapy and mentoring, I endeavour to bring an open, unbiased and flexible approach to each of my clients and their therapy needs.
