Integrative Arts Psychotherapist Trainee

Approach and background

You can expect confidential and judgment free sessions along with deep empathy when looking through the lens of your experience, as well as warmth and humour when it feels right. I will bring my authentic self in order for you to bring yours. Together we will create a safe place where challenging feelings, thoughts and experiences can be communicated, sensed and understood in order to facilitate growth.

Through my integrative approach I combine Attachment Theory, Gestalt, Psychodynamic & Transactional Analysis. This gives us a range of options to draw on, and means together we can find the ideal way of working that suits you. Creativity is integral to my therapeutic practice as the Arts can help illuminate experiences that words are difficult to define. I can adapt to however you want to communicate as a person; no set approach or artistic ability is necessary. I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, and am a firm supporter of equality and difference.
