Jamie Ruszczynski

PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Approach and background

My practice is based on careful listening - in sessions we will think together about how you experience yourself in the world and in your relationships with others. The therapy is a safe space for exploration and understanding of these feelings, helping over time to build awareness, emotional capacity and resilience.

Training, qualifications, and experience

I have fifteen years of experience working with young people in the public sector and am a trainee member of the Guild of Psychotherapists.

I am registered with the UKCP and abide by their code of ethics and professional standards.

Primary qualifications

I am undergoing the clinical psychoanalytic psychotherapy training at the Guild of Psychotherapists. This is a pluralist training which means my thinking, supervision and practice is informed by a range of theoretical approaches, adapting to meet the needs of individual patients rather than imposing one set framework.
