Emily Seymour

INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Approach and background

People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. You might be facing a specific issue you’d like to resolve; you may be feeling lost or stuck and wish to get in touch with yourself at a deeper level. Perhaps you’ve noticed recurring patterns in your life that no longer serve you, or you simply have a sense that life could offer more. Whatever brings you here, therapy can provide a supportive and reflective space to explore your experiences, understand yourself more fully, and move towards meaningful change.

I offer a safe and accepting space where you can feel truly heard and understood, without judgment. A reflective environment where you’re supported in exploring all aspects of your life.

Training, qualifications, and experience

As a BACP-registered integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring the work to suit your unique needs. I don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ method, our work together will be led by what feels most relevant and helpful to you. My approach is holistic, relational, and grounded in an exploration of what gives your life meaning.

I trained at the Minster Centre, one of Europe’s leading institutions for integrative psychotherapy training.

Primary qualifications:

  • Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy

  • Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy

  • MA in Integrative Psychotherapy (Minster Centre & Middlesex University)

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework and Code of Professional Conduct.
